    The Wintrust Magnificent Mile Lights Festival launches Chicago’s holiday season with activities at Lights Festival Lane, followed by the evening parade along North Michigan Avenue.

    The free celebration begins at 11 a.m.; the parade steps off at 5:30 p.m. and concludes with fireworks near the Chicago River.
