    Night of 1,000 Jack-o’-Lanterns illuminates the Chicago Botanic Garden with artist-carved pumpkins, including dozens of giant gourds weighing as much as 150 pounds.

    The family-friendly nighttime trail runs October 7–11, 14–18 and 21–25 from 6:30–10:30 p.m. Guests can watch live carving, meet costumed characters and enjoy playful Halloween surprises.
