MCA Family Day | Take Your Time

January’s Family Day invites families to slow down, consider their inner worlds and make art without rushing. The museum identifies Slow Dance and Rashid Johnson: A Poem for Deep Thinkers as sources of inspiration for the day.

What to expect

Family Days are intended for children under twelve and their grown-ups, with opportunities to experience contemporary art through participation and play. Admission is free for Family Day attendees. The series provides Spanish and English programming, and the event listing confirms ASL interpretation.
