Unbeaten through two games and coming off a 5–0 win, Wisloka heads into Week 3 with momentum and a clear target: three points against TBD FC would bring the club level on points with first-place Chicago Nation FC.
Elsewhere, Force Football Club and FC 1974 Libertyville meet in Crystal Lake after heavy defeats, while Urbana City FC hosts Berber City FC in search of its first goal and first points. The Round Lake Evolution FC–Ethos Academy Chicago fixture carries a separate scheduling question, with the club and league listing different dates.

Wisloka targets a share of the lead
Wisloka’s opening two matches have offered an encouraging balance: six goals scored, one conceded and four points collected. A 1–1 draw with Chicago Nation was followed by a decisive home performance against Force.
Patrick Knap led the scoring in that 5–0 victory with a hat trick, joined on the scoresheet by Kalvin Glodz and Grzegorz Czarniecki. Another win on Saturday would lift Wisloka to seven points, matching Chicago Nation’s total with the leader not scheduled to play this weekend.
Standing in the way is a TBD side still chasing its first victory. The Madison-based club drew 1–1 with Force in its opener before losing 2–1 at home to Ethos Academy Chicago. The trip to Bensenville brings a demanding opportunity to change that trajectory.
Force and Libertyville seek a response
Saturday’s meeting at The MAC gives both clubs an immediate chance to respond to a difficult Week 2.
Force followed its opening draw against TBD with the five-goal defeat at Wisloka. Back in Crystal Lake, the club will look for its first win of the campaign.
FC 1974 Libertyville has experienced contrasting starts at home and away: a 3–0 victory at Urbana City was followed by a 3–0 home loss to Chicago Nation. A second road win would take Libertyville to six points and restore momentum after that setback.
Urbana looks for a breakthrough
For Urbana City FC, the immediate priorities are clear: get on the scoresheet and get off the mark in the standings.
Urbana returns to Judah’s Field of Dreams after a 3–0 opening loss to FC 1974 and a 7–0 defeat against Chicago Strikers. Berber City’s visit offers the next chance to put points on the board after two difficult results.
Berber City enters with uncertainty surrounding its September 5 fixture against Round Lake Evolution. That match has not been counted in the standings: UPSL lists it as postponed, while Round Lake’s website says its status remains subject to league review. Saturday could therefore mark Berber City’s first completed match of the Fall 2026 season.
Round Lake–Ethos: conflicting dates
Supporters should confirm the date before traveling. The UPSL match center lists Round Lake Evolution FC vs. Ethos Academy Chicago for Saturday, September 12, at 6:00 p.m. CDT. Round Lake’s official schedule and ticket pages instead list Wednesday, September 16, at 6:00 p.m. at Round Lake High School Stadium.
Round Lake lists gates opening at 5:00 p.m. and general admission at $10. Admission is free for Round Lake-area students with valid identification and children ages 12 and under. Check the club’s schedule and ticket information for updates.
On the field, Round Lake is seeking its first points after a 2–1 loss to Chicago Strikers in its only counted match. Ethos won its lone appearance so far, edging TBD 2–1 in Madison.
The race behind Chicago Nation
Chicago Nation leads with seven points, one ahead of Chicago Strikers. Neither club has a match listed this weekend, leaving Wisloka with an opportunity to close the gap and FC 1974 with a chance to reach six points. Ethos can also build on its winning start when its match with Round Lake takes place.
The early table needs context: clubs have played an uneven number of matches, and the unresolved Round Lake–Berber City fixture adds another complication. Even so, Saturday offers a clear measure of which teams can turn a promising start—or an early setback—into sustained form.
